Returns & Refunds


At The Shade & Bloom, we want you to love your purchase. Because many of our products are made-to-order or shipped directly from our trusted suppliers, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or incorrect size selections.


If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at theshadeandbloom@yahoo.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can review your claim.


If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement or refund, as appropriate.


Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing after approval.
